Nicholas Evans FRICS
Nicholas Evans FRICS is the Regional Director for South Devon, Mid Devon, Dartmoor and the South Hams.
A Chartered Surveyor, with over thirty years experience of buying, selling, surveying and valuing property in the West Country for private and corporate clients, Nick has extensive expertise in assessing, advising on and negotiating for the purchase of all types of property.
Nick will be delighted to arrange to meet you wherever is convenient. Meeting face to face allows him to acquire a personal understanding of your requirements, enabling him to search for and assess properties with your needs, preferences and lifestyle clearly in mind and to tailor his services to suit your individual needs. If your search covers adjoining areas (i.e. Somerset and Cornwall) Nick works closely, and on a regular basis, with the Stacks offices covering these counties.
Christopher Bartlett
Christopher is from a farming background, training on his family farm and at the Royal Agricultural College. He then formed a career in Investment Banking in the City of London before returning to the country to pursue his passion for property.
Formerly with the Country House Department of a major National Estate Agents, covering the South West, Christopher has expertise with a wide variety of properties ranging from farms to city houses. In an ever increasingly environmentally aware World; he is qualified to advise on energy saving and the environmental aspects of your search and eagerly anticipates working with you.
About The Area
The area covered by the Dartmoor and South Devon office follows the Devon/Cornwall border northwards from Plymouth up the River Tamar through Tavistock to mid Devon. It then follows a sweep through mid Devon north of the A30, encompassing the whole of Dartmoor and the highly favoured villages of Chagford, Gidleigh and Throwleigh. From Crediton in the east it follows the River Exe south to the sea, taking in the whole of the South Devon waterside including the popular coastal towns of Torbay, Kingswear/Dartmouth where the River Dart reaches the sea, East Portlemouth/Salcombe, Thurlestone, Bigbury, Kingsbridge and Newton Ferrers/Noss Mayo.
